Frequently Asked Questions

The questions we hear most, answered in plain English

Search for your school on ApplicaaOne, open its profile and select "Claim this profile". We verify you against your school email domain and DfE establishment record — most claims are approved within one working day, and claiming is free.

Each provider sets its own deadlines — most sixth forms close main-round applications in January or February for September entry. Every course page shows its deadline, and once you apply we send automatic reminders before each date.

Student accounts for under-18s require parental consent at sign-up, and we never share a student's personal data with providers until the student chooses to apply or enquire. All data is stored in the UK in line with UK GDPR, and parents can review or withdraw consent at any time.

The Support & FAQs portal at helpdesk.applicaa.com/a1 is the fastest route and covers most questions. You can also email info@applicaa.com or call 0208 762 0882, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm UK time.
