FAQs

Most students will choose 3 A-levels or BTEC qualifications. Three good grades at A-level is the entry requirement for the majority of universities, so for many students the best approach will be to focus on three subjects only. As an additional option, you can also take an Extended Project Qualification, equivalent to half an A-Level.

Apply now — you can change your subject choices right up until enrolment day. Applying early secures your place, and our admissions team will arrange a guidance meeting to help you settle on the right combination.

Don't worry — on results day our advisers will meet with you to review your options. That may mean a different subject combination, a one-year GCSE resit programme, or an alternative qualification route that still leads to your goal.

Enrolment day is when you confirm your place after GCSE results. You'll bring your results, finalise your subject choices with a senior tutor, and complete registration — it usually takes under an hour.

Classes are smaller and more discussion-based, with greater emphasis on independent study. You'll have fewer subjects but go much deeper into each one, supported by a personal tutor throughout.

The teaching quality is exceptional, especially for STEM subjects. The Further Maths department prepared me brilliantly for Oxbridge interviews. Highly recommend.

My daughter has thrived here. The pastoral support is genuinely caring and the academic ambition matches every student's individual goals.

Top-tier teaching and resources. The downside is the campus can feel crowded at lunch — bring a packed lunch if you don't want to queue!
